MANDATE
The Municipality Government of Esperanza aims to improve efficiency in the delivery of government services as enshrined under the 1987 Philippines Constitution, Republic Act 7160 also knows as the Local Government Code of the Philippines and all national laws, rules and regulations guided with implementation of RA 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Service Delivery Act of 2018.
